Alyssa Gaustad

Alyssa is honored to share the nourishment of Divine Spiritual Wisdom and to transform through the ecstatic luminous blessing of Naam. A dancer at heart, her classes are infused with love, musicality, inspiration, devotion, discipline and respect for each individual's process. Alyssa trained extensively in dance for over 20 years and graduated cum laude with a BA in dance where she honed her teaching skills studying pedagogy, anatomy and injury prevention. Alyssa received her certifications in the Gyrotonic Expansion system, Gyrokinesis, Pilates Mat, Kundalini Yoga and Naam Yoga® Therapies Levels I, II and III. She danced professionally and taught a variety of populations and settings including hospitals, gyms, offices, yoga studios and private clients in NYC for over ten years. Currently, Alyssa is a Senior Harmonyum Practioner and Naam Yoga® Therapies Teacher Trainer. She teaches Shakti Naam Yoga(TM), Dancing Naam(TM), New and Full Moon Rituals and Universal Kabbalah as taught by Dr.Joseph Michael Levry. In addition, Alyssa is on the Kabbalah of Birth and Beyond(TM) Faculty. Alyssa lives in LA and teaches with an incredible team of colleagues around the world including Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Mexico.

Chris Merrill (Director of Expansion) has spent a decade of intense daily study, learning, teaching and practice of multiple styles of yoga, breathwork, meditation, healing and spirituality, preceded by an additional 10 years as a successful professional musician. Well known for his expertise in the science of Naam Yoga Therapies and Universal Kabbalah, Chris is able to help his students be in the right place at the right time. As a result they are able to maximize and seize opportunities regardless of external stressors. Chris's firsthand experience of the power of these teachings to help identify and overcome deeply rooted subconscious patterns continually inspires him to share them with others. With a warm, casual, compelling style, Chris is known for his ability to take universal truths and distill them into practical applications for everyday life. His students use these techniques to diagnose the source of their self-imposed limitations, claiming their power by overcoming them quickly. A dedicated student of renowned kabbalist Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, Chris has recently moved to Los Angeles, from New York City, and is loving the ocean, the weather and the natural beauty of the California landscape. Upcoming ventures include the release of his first CD and a dynamic website to help people understand how the laws of nature will affect them on a daily basis.

Christina Pabers

Christina Pabers MA TCM, L.Ac has served in the field of health and fitness for over 19 years. While she currently holds her four year Master’s Degree in Chinese Medicine and has nearly completed her PhD in Classical Oriental Medicine, she has also served in the field of fitness with her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, emphasizing Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics. She teaches anatomy and physiology for Naam Yoga teacher training certification programs. She also teaches Shakti Naam classes, a powerful form of healing derived from the Himalayas and recently, for the first time, shared with the Western world through Dr. Levry. Christina's Naam Yoga classes are fun, inspiring of a deep meditative experience as well as informative. With a passion for empowering her clients, she draws upon her vast knowledge of herbs and nutrition, acupuncture, and fitness to coach and treat her clients toward well being. Christina Pabers is a senior staff for the Naam Yoga Teacher certification Program and Harmonyum Energy Healing Certification Program. She is a long time student of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, PhD, Metaphysician and founder of Naam Yoga. She teaches anatomy, physiology, brain-meditation dynamics and herbal medicine in New York, Mexico, Germany, Switzerland and California. Her most recent endeavor is the Naam Meditation Group Acupuncture Program, inspired by Dr. Levry. This program represents her vision of community coming together to contribute group healing.

Courtney Miller

Courtney deeply believes that the willing heart opens all doors to healing and positive change, and is committed to supporting this possibility in all her students' lives. She has experienced first hand through decades of study and application that each one of us is empowered to create our life, and our only obstacles are the limitations we place on ourselves. Through Divine Spiritual Wisdom and Naam Yoga her students learn techniques and guidelines to cast off sub-conscious and conscious limitations to significantly improve their success in relationships, their career and overall happiness. A dedicated student of renowned Universal Kabbalist Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, Courtney makes even the most complex topic accessible and fun through her open-hearted approach and laughter. Beloved for these qualities, she is a teacher trainer who travels world-wide to share these teachings. In New York she served as a DeTox program resource for media in publications including Vegetarian Times, Health, Fitness and Yoga Journal and will continue this life-changing work in the new series "Love your Body" at Naam Yoga LA, an ongoing series that applies the practical wisdom of Universal Kabbalah and Naam yoga for personal change.

Deborah Braun

Deborah Braun is a certified Naam Yoga® Therapies and Shakti Naam instructor (RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance), Universal Kabbalah® teacher and a certified Harmonyum® Practitioner. Her journey as a teacher began in 1992 and she has since taught extensively in the International Naam Yoga Therapies Teacher training program, as well as in individual classes, workshops, and one-on-one with private clients. Deborah is a devoted, long-time student of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, the founder of Naam Yoga, Universal Kabbalah and Harmonyum, and has profound appreciation for the deeply transformative teachings that he shares with his students. She has dedicated her life to the global movement of Love, Peace and Light and to serving the infinite creative force of the Universe. She believes in the unlimited individual and collective capacity for self healing and regeneration, and is dedicated to holding a sacred space for all to access the innate potential that dwells within each being. Deborah is also an accomplished actress, having worked extensively in theater and film, as well as doing voice over work in English and German. She is a graduate of New York University, The Tisch School of the Arts and the Stella Adler Conservatory and has trained in many forms of yoga. Born and raised in Switzerland, Deborah teaches in Los Angeles, Switzerland, Germany, Europe, Check Reppublic, Mexico, Brazil and anywhere her travels take her.

Francine Forrester

She began her work as a corporate chef after completing professional training in Manhattan, New York in the French Culinary Arts. Francine also completed Macrobiotic training at the well-known Kushi Institute, She has since that time been extensively occupied in various retreat projects both in the United States and abroad. Francine observed that stress was a common dis-ease shared by most guests and came to the conclusion that the necessity to combine the Naam Yoga Therapies healing technology, dietary change along with the naturally relaxing environment of these retreats was paramount. Francine also incorporates her certification in Integrative Aroma Therapy into her wellness package offerings. Working under the direct tutelage of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry for over two decades, Francine has created a comprehensive wellness program and brought it into the retreat atmosphere in Montana to great acclaim. Francine now travels the world teaching and sharing the Naam Yoga Therapies Technology and her Naam inspired culinary expertise. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Naam Yoga.

Gabriel Vidal

Born and raised in Barcelona (Spain), and having earned a degree in Business Organization Engineering, Gabriel is a skilled Naam Yoga® Therapies teacher, member of the Naam Yoga Therapies training team, a devoted student of the Laws of the Universe and their practical applications to real life, and has completed all three levels of Harmonyum, a sacred system of healing that raises the vibratory frequency of cells to their highest potential. Gabriel feels privileged to help motivate individuals and groups through the technology of Naam Yoga, to return to the simple and undeniable truth of the heart – the place of harmony where the highest outcome for all is held in highest esteem. Gabriel teaches Naam Yoga all over the world (USA, Mexico, Spain, Germany, Brazil, etc.) and his classes are a reflection of his personality: dynamic, invigorating, cardio-based and… fun!

Jane Mirshak

Jane Ohmes Mirshak, served as Executive Director of Universal Force Healing Center in New York City for four years before moving to Los Angeles, where she served as Executive Director of Naam Yoga LA for 7 years. She brings over 25 years of professional international classical singing experience to her every Naam Yoga Class, encouraging everyone to realize and enjoy their true voice as an expression of their heart! Jane's knowledge of the healing power of sound; of "the Word" which is Naam, infuses her every class, enabling students to gracefully embrace and move beyond their mental and emotional stagnancies while having a lot of fun in the process. Laughter is inevitable in her classes in addition to a guaranteed great workout from the inside out. Jane is a member of the faculty of the Naam Yoga Therapies Training Program whose mission is to host and support the Naam Yoga Therapies Training Programs in the US and abroad. Her teaching has led her across the United States from Washington DC to California, to Mexico, China and several countries in Europe. She is also co-owner of Mirshak Artists Management with her husband Robert which represents approximately 28 classical singers worldwide.

Renata Spironello

Renata Spironello's is a Senior Harmonyum Practitioner, Naam Yogi and Universal Kabbalah teacher. She is admired and respected for her skills in business development and empowering individuals to reach beyond themselves. This optimistic and heartfelt native Brazilian’s commitment to excellence and service to humankind has earned her the respect and recognition of her clients and peers. For the past 10 years, she has been working with the psychotherapeutic application of Divine Spiritual Wisdom to help people from all walks of life with their health, relationships, communication, and careers. Renata shares her perspicacious professional insights as a Naam Yoga Certified Teacher Trainer throughout the year and is a member of the International Naam Yoga Association, the International Harmonyum Association, and Yoga Alliance. She is deeply committed to contribute to the positive evolution of humankind through her profound and spiritual work with Women and Mothers-to-be through The Kabbalah of Birth and Beyond trainings that she imparts along with other powerful women. She believes that women are the only Hope for a true and everlasting change of humanity. Renata also teaches Divine Spiritual Wisdom on a regular basis in Mexico, Spain, Germany, and Brazil. When in the United States she makes her home in Los Angeles at Naam Yoga LA Research and Healing Center in Santa Monica. She has been blessed to study under the guidance of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry, founder of Naam Yoga and father of Harmonyum Healing, and often travels with him as his assistant all over the world.

Robert Mirshak

Originally from Madison, Wisconsin, Dr. Robert Mirshak teaches Naam Choir at Naam Yoga LA, a unique way to experience community, joy, and love through sound. How sound heals, how each sound, pitch, consonant, and vowel affect the cells of the body and brain, and how everyone has a unique beautiful voice no matter who they are or what they believe or look like are Robert's passions. Robert Mirshak is also President and Founder of Mirshak Artists Management based in New York City and Los Angeles, and as an Artist Manager, he represents approximately 26 international artists comprised mainly of classical singers. Robert received his Doctorate of Musical Arts from The University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and is an active speaker around the country for young artists and at several National Conventions on the subjects of "positivity", "ethics" and "achieving your goals". Robert is married to Jane Mirshak and together they are dedicated to changing the world by spreading love, faith and hope through service. Robert is a teacher of various Naam Yoga Therapies classes at Naam Yoga Teacher Trainings and is a grateful student of Dr. Joseph Michael Levry.
